Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the correct setup, handover, and breakdown of the restaurant and shift.
• Showcasing food and beverage knowledge through taking orders and providing advice on ingredients, dietary restrictions, and upselling.
• Provide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the guest’s needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
• Must be welcoming, friendly, passionate about customer service, and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
