Waitress

Responsibilities

• Create an animation program for hotel guests.
• Encourage guest participation in activities.
• Interact with guests.
• Entertain guests of all ages, including children and adults, with sports activities.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Take and serve orders according to company standards.
• Cooperate with all serving staff to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and customer service guidelines.
• Make recommendations or provide additional information to customers as requested.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements and skills

• EU nationality or a legal basis for employment within the EU.
• Previous experience or training in a similar position.
• Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Russian, German, French, or Italian.
• Motivation and willingness to work with people.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Welcoming personality with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter/waitress.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Knowledge of English and/or Greek.
• Familiarity with the beverages and snacks on the bar’s menu.
• Experience handling a cash register and ordering system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for immediate employment.
